What Causes Warmness With Lump Son The Wrist?

when typing at my desk I felt a warm feeling on my left wrist and when I looked down a lump was forming. A few minutes later a lump formed (smaller) on my right wrist in the exact same spot. The lump is located right pass my wrist bone on my thumb side. The lumps has gone down but my arms and hands are soar.

Hi! thanks for your health queries.

After going through your description, I could get that these are actually kind of degenerative or chronic inflammatory pathology related to excessive minor works / loads! And as per our clinical experience the possibilities are as follows:

1. a ganglion cyst 40 % cases

2. a bursa 40 % cases

3. arthritis 15 % cases

4. chronic inflammatory or allergic pathology 5% cases.

Only x-ray and a needle biopsy is all that are required for a confirmation.

Therefore don't worry but see a surgeon for an examination and open discussion.
