Hi & Welcome.
I can understand your concern.
After having gone through the history given in your query, it seems to me you have developed side effects due to over dosage of Tegretol 300 which was prescribed to treat Trigeminal neuralgia (painful condition in the face).

Usually the starting dose to treat trigeminal neuralgia is 100 mg twice daily for a total daily dose of 200 mg. So, apparently you have taken larger doses of Tegretol that resulted in vomiting, giddiness, high BP, etc.

I would advise you to consult your treating doctor to review the prescribed medicine and also to recheck the BP.
I hope this answers your query.
