hi my name is sharon smith for 4 days i have been feeling funny ive through up twice in a day the next day i had no appeatite and for the pass four days i ve been having slight headaches slight shoulder pain and neck pain im worried is there something wrong with me

Hi most probably it is a stomach virus.
Please take Omeprazole 20 and paracetamol 500 twice a day for 3 days. If not better, show your doctor--regards
