What Causes Vomiting In A Toddler?
Hi my 2 year old threw up out of the blue this morning, was a pink grapefruit colour, she had a little rest and has been bright and fine all day then suddenly when sleeping this evening she woke up urging but no sick, then an hour later woke up and was sick this time, some food came out but it was mainly clear fluid, however all the food was a pink colour again, I m not sure why it was pink or what it could be caused by

As per your history, it may be gastritis or stomach infection. Kindly consult with a pediatrician and he may require syrup Paracetamol, syrup Ondansetron as per his weight. Keep him hydrated. Give lot of water or fluids. Check for hydration.
