General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

* As per my surgical experience, the pain and vomiting in abdomen are due to adhesion from previous surgery of cancer of colon giving rise to intestine obstruction.
* You are on perfect line of treatment, just wait for the results to come.

Regards.
