General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
I understand and appreciate your question.

Brief Answer: It is known that cardiovascular disease causes dizziness and vomiting.
Detailed Answer:
The symptoms like vomiting and dizziness may not necessarily correlate with the degree of blood pressure elevation.
Nausea, vomiting or dizziness could be symptoms of another disorder, for example central nervous system problems, due to the presence of too much fluid in the brain.
Medical conditions such as heart beat disorder can cause symptoms such as dizziness, nausea or vomiting.
But should not be excluded too many other medical conditions which can cause vomiting and dizziness.
The patient with these complaints must go to a healthcare provider, to undergo an examination and may carry out tests to determine the cause of the dizziness or vomiting.
Treatment depends on the cause.
