What Causes Vomiting After Having Food?

For over a month I been gagging/throwing up after or sometimes during I eat. Doctors and nurses told me I should eat small portions and less greasy foods but no help was given to me but advice. I come home for the holidays and the day morning I started my monthly, I had dealt with a lot of pain. I assumed it was just cramps but after two hours it got worse and I started to gag and throw up. I tried everything like I normally do when I start my period (heating pad, ibuprofen, laxative to poop) but none of those helped. So the pain got worse and long story short I went to the hospital and they were going to send me home saying I may have a yeast infection and I told them I know I don t and what s with this pain because the last time I felt this was when I had a kidney stone so they did a CT scan and found an Enlarged Appendix but said there s no inflammation and I need to come back tomorrow around 5pm because that s when he will be there (the doctor) or if it worsens come early and so I did and they did an ultra sound and said I m fine but it was a different doctor and I argued because I was running a fever, throwing up, and felt weak and the other doctor said I m okay and to come back if I worsen. I have been sick since 27th till Jan 2nd. Symptoms: Abdominal pain (right side) comes and goes, vomiting up to 5 times a day, fever and cold, constipation (haven t pooped for a week or so), burning pain when I gag/throw up.

Hello. I feel you are having gastritis or acid peptic reflux. You need to follow some lifestyle tips

1. Do not eat spicy food
2. Take medications for gastritis- pantop/omez/rantac
3. Take little food at frequent intervals. Breakfast around 8am, small snack at 11am, lunch at 1pm, small snack at 4pm and dinner at 8pm
4. Drink plenty of water
5. Do not smoke, take alcohol or tobacco and even excess of coffee and tea
6. Do not take much of stress. Stress aggravates gastritis
7. Do regular exercise. Atleast half an hour per day
8. Learn meditation techniques
9. Follow this regularly for 21 days. It is said that anything you practice regularly for 21 days becomes a habit
