What Causes Vomiting After Drinking Alcohol?

I have a question. I m 20 years old and everytime I consume acohol I seem to get sick and throw up I ve never had this problem before till a couple months ago. I thought it would pass but still after having even 2 beer I still vomit and I came to conclusion that it does not seem right. What could be wrong?

Hi thanks for asking question.
Here are few possibility in your case.
1.Excess alcohol can cause alcoholic hepatitis.Which can lead to vomiting.
2.Excess alcohol can lead to gastritis that can lead to vomiting.
3.Thirdly it can lead to peptic ulcer like disease so vomiting can occur.
Ultrasound examination of abdomen done in your case for rule out hepatitis or other enteric pathology.
Take semisolid diet with more water and fruit juices.
Antiematic drug like domperidone may be helpful.
4.If your symptom still deteriorating endoscopy done as further approach.

If possible gradually decrease alcohol.
