General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Chest vibrations could be repeated spasms of chest muscles for which causes are many. If you were my patient, I would order a complete blood and electrolyte workup to look for any disturbances. Also, since you are having atrial fibrillation, I would also look into cardiac parameters to check its status. Stable aneurysm is always a good sign but atrial fibrillation with aneurysm may go in for complications. Kindly follow up regularly with a cardiologist.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Tejas, General & Family Physician
