General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Your symptoms could be due to UTI, STDs, spasm in pelvic floor muscles, nerve injury due to frequent intercourse, trauma from micro abrasions due to irritating cloth material of your underwear out pants.

I would suggest to consult urologist and undergo clinical examination and test like urine tests, STD screening and USG scan if needed. Avoid stress, wear soft, non allergenic underwear. Avoid sweat accumulation. Keep the genitals clean and dry. Drink plenty of water and do regular exercise.

Hope this may help you. Contact further if follow up needed.

Best regards,
Dr. Sagar
