What Causes Very Little Vaginal Spotting Post Intake Of Cytotec Pills?

I am about 3 weeks pregnant. I took I 200mcg cytotec and inserted one I had cramps and spotted for few minutes and that was it. 3 days later I took 400mcg and inserted 800 micrograms I had cramps with little spotting and brownish discharge for just that day and that was it. what do I do pls?

I understand your concern
Inadequate dose, improper dose without the guidance cause little vaginal spotting after the intake of cytotec pill.
Cytotec should be used under the observation of gynecologist for termination of intrauterine pregnancy.
Dose: 800 ug misoprostol should be used every 8 hourly (maximum 3 dose).
I advise you to consult the gynecologist and undergo the USG scan to know the status of pregnancy.
It should be treated by extra dose of misoprostol under the supervision.
If not responds then D & C is the treatment.
