General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Brain infection can be meningitis or other pyogenic abscess involving various lobes of the brain, particularly that of frontal or occipital lobe where balance issues will arise. Kindly provide me lab data, MRI plates for evaluation in details during follow up conversation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
