What Causes Vertigo While Getting Up And Lying Down?

helo dr need ur help im 26 years old lady today i get up when I wake i feels my head is spinning nd room move round nd at the same time i felt vomiting i had bed condition. when i getting up then or when I laying down feeling heading spinning nd vomit plz help me

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Based on the description you have given, your experiencing giddiness could be due to following 2 reasons:
1. Postural hypotension.
2. Labrynthitis (inflammation of inner ear).
Kindly get your blood pressure checked in supine and sitting posture by consulting Physician. In case there is no variation in blood pressure, then it could be due to inner ear problem. You need to get it tested by consulting ENT specialist.
Accordingly, the condition needs to be managed.
