What Causes Vertigo In The Lying Position During Nights?

I seem to have gotten vertigo after have a massage. It only happens when I lied down at night. It was on both sides of my head when I would turn to lie down. Now I only get it when I lie on my right side. Any help will be thankful. Never had this happen

Your symptoms could be related to chronic degenerations of the cervical spine or an inner ear disorder.
For this reason, I would recommend performing a cervical spine X ray study first. Consulting with an ENT specialist and performing labyrinthine tests may be needed if the problem persists.
