What Causes Vascular Dots On Penile Head?

Hello, I ve been to my pcp and urologist. I have something they call, vascular dots on the head of my penis and they are present at all times under the skin red dots. After ejaculation they show A LOT and blood vessels show as well and they are sensitive to touch. But I have had them for well over 6+ months now and I have been tested multiple times in the past few months and haven t had sex with anyone so it cannot be an std.

Hi,

If it's not STI, if it's a vascular issue, kindly confirm the levels of auto immune antibodies. Local steroids will help you. Doing a doppler study of the penis will be helpful. If there is pain or itching, simple painkillers and anti-allergic medication can be used.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. S.R.Raveendran, Sexologist
