hello, i can understand your concern. sompraz which contains esomeprazole doesnt have an effect on the blood pressure of an individual. i would suggest to continue sompraz as advised. i would advise a digestive enzyme syrup such as syrup bestozyme 5ml three times a day along with it. i would like to know your age and the medication you have been using for the high blood pressure. the range you have mentioned as your readings are with in the parameters set for maintanence of blood pressure.so, you need not worry about the blood pressure. i would suggest regular physical activity(atleast 30mins brisk walk daily). this would be helpful to you in two ways. 1. in controlling the blood pressure and cholesterol levels 2. this would aid in the digestion which would inturn help you in the gas trouble you have been facing lately. include a good amount of leafy vegetables and fruits in your diet which would also help. hope you are satisfied with the response. do revert back for further queries. thanks for choosing HCM
