What Causes Vaginal Spotting Inspite Of Being On Birth Control Pills?

I get a little light pink blood only on tissuse paper after i wipe does not happen alot just every once in while,I have been to dr's & she thinks its just spotting from my birth control pills since i havent been taking white pills & have taken 2 pregnancy test at home that came up negative,Is there anything else that i can do maybe to try to stop it? I have also been treated for UTI! Thanks!

It is possible that it is breakthrough bleeding due to the contraception as suggested by your doctor.

In many cases, this bleeding stops on its own with continued use of the contraceptive.
If this does not occur then you may want to consider switching to another contraceptive.Your response may be different.
