What Causes Vaginal Spotting, Headaches And Heartburn While HPT Is Negative?

Hi. My question is what s going on with my body? I have been absolutely exhausted the past week. Saturday I thought I felt my period coming on like it should have but only pinm spots are coming out... I do have an underactive thyroid though... but my boyfriend did his thing in me about 2 and a half weeks ago. Past few days I have been severely gassy but my diet hasn t changed. Now I have headaches, heartburn and nausea. I took a pregnancy test Saturday but turned out negative?

Welcome to HCM,
I read your query carefully.
As per details,
These can be the symptoms of Pre-Menstural Syndrome as well as Pregnancy.
But we cannot comment on Pregnancy without any test.
Urine Pregnancy test comes positive within a week but chances of false positive and false negative are there as well.
So I would suggest you to go for Serum Beta HCG Test as it is confirmatory for pregnancy. If it gives positive result then Consult with Gynaecologist.
For HeartBurn, I would Advise you to take
- small meals at regular intervals
- Take Antacid after every meal
- Do not take too much water with meal
- Avoid spicy,fried and fast food
- Do not lie down immediately after meal.
