What Causes Vaginal Spotting During Early Pregnancy?

Hi, I m 2 months pregnant and twice today when I ve gone to pee after I wipe I see a thin stripe of blood in my mucus. I m really freaking out! I don t have severe pain or morning sickness and stuff. Just the normal pregnancy aches, nausea and fatigue.

Hi, I think it can be an implantation bleeding. You can go for a ultrasound to confirm the fetal well being. Take strict bed rest and also take some oral progesterone supplements. Consult a gynecologist.
