What Causes Vaginal Spotting And Fatigue While Being Sexually Active?

Hi I got my period on 3 of July had unprotected sex in BTW the fertile days from 12th to 16th had AL symptoms of being pregnant lik tiredness sleepy no morning sickness and my period due was July 31 and I got it on my 28 of July normal 3 days period and on Aug 1st slight spotting and today I m feeling more tired bitter tongue and sleepy Im under treatment for hypothyroid taking 100mg of throxin kindly advice

noticed your history and concern.
more history would have been helpful.

your number of days@menstrual cycle in the previous three months?
number of days of periods in each cycle?
do you have children or have been pregnant before?

anyhow;
spotting maybe red to brown in color and less in quantity as compared to periods. Spotting is NOT heavy as are periods.
now, was July 28 was spotting or periods? it maybe implantation bleeding?

if you suspect it to be implantation bleeding and/or spotting , you may do any of following test
gynecological ultrasound
test for HCG in blood

as per thyroid gland concerns, its better to monitor TSH levels and manage dosing accordingly.
