Hi sir, I started. Going to gym from January 2017 and I.Started having spotting problem from March over than 30 days.i want to a doctor and they said I had low level pcos problem.they suggested Regestrone tablet to me and it stopped spotting.all these days in April I didn t go to gym.Again in may I started going to gym and spotting is back on the very first day.actually the point is that time I am in dosage of the Regestrone tablet......How can we see bleeding wen we r using harmone tablets. Please help me in solving this problem permanently and can go for gym without any problem. Thanks in advance
Uterine polyps or endometrial fibroid may cause this. PCOD also lead to the abnormal bleeding pattern.
Please consult your gynaecologist and get an ultrasound abdomen and normal status, Thyroid profile and haemoglobin levels then he will examine and treat you accordingly.
