What Causes Vaginal Spotting After Taking Femara?

I took 2 rounds of Femara and my last period was on 1/29 with spotting occurring on 2/20-2/23 (1 week earlier than my period) and am having pregnancy symptoms but pregnancy test (otc) says negative today. Could I still be pregnant or are these side effects of Femara use?

fem era is a fertility drug a hormonal therapy to stimulate ovulation.in your case you have towaitand seethe result. pregnancy can-be chance fertilization between sperm and ovum. nothing can be predicted.
