What Causes Vaginal Spotting After Completing Course Of Ovaa Shield?

iam using ova sheid tab from 3rd of my periods that is on 2 feb yesturday is a last tablet but yesturday is light spotting once after that nothing is their today also total day may be one drop of bleed that is also like yellow coloured dischage...i was undergone DNC on22 nov 2013 because of their is no fetal growth ...before conceved i was used one course of ova shield tab...now iam having doubt whether i will get periods or iam having chance to conceive.but my lmp is 31-01-2014 my cycle days are 35 days
