Hello I am really scared for my girlfriend. My girlfriend is currently on the birtcontrol shot and we usually have unprotected sex but the other day we had rough sex multiple times that day, usually we would go back at it right after I ejaculated and right after we were done for the day she was sore and hurting. The next couple of days she has been hurting in her vagina. The first day she said it hurt to pee and blood came out a little. She had to use the restroom a lot but nothing would come out she said. She has been running a fever and she has been having a headache and feels nauseas. It s been 3 days since and she still feels sick and nauseous but she said she is starting to feel sore again and she thinks she has a rash or little bumps on the outside of her vagina near her anus. Please help I am really scared. Idk what it could be.
