What Causes Vaginal Odour?

Hi during intercourse & through out the day I have noticed a rotten egg smell coming from my vagina . I ve been taking azo pills to control a urinary track infection thinking it s going to make it better but has been getting worst . What should I do or what could be wrong ?

I really appreciate your concern, chances of infection is very high if this is the rotten egg odor coming form the vagina it could be vaginitis, if I would be doctor of this case then I would treat this case with "Tab Amoxicillin with Clavulanic acid" twice in day with "Povidone Iodine" vaginal suppository, hope this information may helps, take care and have a nice day.
