What Causes Vaginal Odour During Sporadic Periods In 47 Year Old?
i am having a very strange odor coming from my vagina. It is the second time I have noticed this during my period. However, I did not really have a period this month. I am 47 years old and my periods have been sporadic. This odor just started happening last month and this month. What is it and what can I do. It is awful

Most of the time this indicate a genital infection.
First of all please exclude the possibility of a forgotten tampon.
