What Causes Vaginal Itching And Swelling After Unprotected Sex?
My girlfriend and I had sex on Friday and I didn t wear a condom. It was my first time having sex so I know I m clean and she is also clean. Her vagina has been swollen since then. She s not feeling any itchiness, fever, or pain but it s still swollen. It s been five days and it s still swollen so we are worried. Please help. Thank you

As it is first sexual intercourse between you and your partner, it seems that the swelling around her genitalia is due to injuries during intercourse. This usually happens during first or second sexual intercourse due to hymen break or injuries. As you mentioned that there is no itching and pain, fever, infection is ruled out.
Apply warm water fomentation around the area. Take tab Cetrizine twice daily for 3 days, apply Soframycin gel at the site thrice a day.
