Hi I m 27 and have a history of an ovarian torsion and lack of menstrual cycles since 2012. Occasionally I spot but that s only in the recent year. A little over a year ago I got an IUD (Murena) because it was recommended to me as low risk by my OBGYN. I was previously on LoEstrin for 5+ years. Anyway I ve been seeing someone but I m not too concerned I have an STD yet.. I have internal itching and a pink almost mauve color discharge. It s not clumpy like a yeast infection. It s more creamy and literally dripped out of me onto the floor while cooking dinner. As if my vagina was cleaning itself. I have been eating pretty healthy, fruits, greens, increasing my water. Coffee every day. The sex I had a day ago was a little rough and usually he hits my IUD.. I m kind of hoping it s just irritated and I need to let it breathe. But a part of me is afraid my IUD is causing an issue or I m afraid it is an STD. The itching is super super annoying. But not uncommon when I m having a period but due to lack of consistency I can t trust any of those symptoms to be regular or usable in determining if I should be worried. Any advice would help due to my previous sensitive repro history
