What Causes Vaginal Dryness?
Hi, im 39 and im a woman. Even when im totally aroused and do get orgasm my vagina is still dry during and after orgasm. Can u please tell me whats the problem and what i can do . I already went to doctor and she said my hormone levels are fine. So i dont know what the problem is. And its taking toll on my relationship cause im not use to being dry.

I would suspect of a hypoestrogenic atrophy or any drugs you may be taking lately as Letrozole can cause it.
Even any fungal or bacterial infection can cause it. You can use water-based lubricants found otc to help while intercourse.
