I am 4 weeks out from an unprotected sexual encounter. I am a 30 yo female. I am having some symptoms that I am not sure are real or possibly psychosomatic, due to my high anxiety. It seems like the exterior of my genitals is producing much more heat than usual. I m also experiencing mild itching and occasional stinging. There is no irritation with urination. I an also experiencing vaginal dryness. Do these symptoms together possibly pin point something specific or could this all be in my mind?
