Hi, I'm 22 years old, 163cm, 58.7kg. A few days ago my vaginal discharge was seen to be a thin yellowish-green, with a foul odor. I read that trichomonal vaginitis would produce such a discharge, however, to get such a particular infection is only possible when you have sex with an infected partner. However, my partner does not have any STI and we are both in a monogamous relationship. As such, what could this discharge be attributed to? I'm thinking it may be improper hygiene, since I do not clean myself immediately after sexual intercourse. I am worried and hoping it is just a normal mild vaginal infection, nothing serious... please help, thank you!
