What Causes Vaginal Clotting Along With Heavy Bleeding During Menstruation?

Hi i started my period ( i think) it started with a very black colour and now it is red with a bit of tissue or blood clotting ( which is black in colour ) . Nevertheless,its not flowing properly , i usually have heavy flows but lately i cant tell when its going to come . Right now only when i wipe you can see blood but on tge pad barely ( to what im used to)

Hello and welcome.

Menstrual irregularities have various causes and needs investigation. I would recommend a blood analysis, check on hormone levels, ultrasound of your abdomen and pelvis, transvaginal ultrasound if required and so on.

For now, make sure you avoid any medications that can cause further conplications.
