Hello ma'am and welcome.

First of all, please do not pull it out or touch it, please also avoid sexual contact, penetrative intercourse, or even fingering until a doctor has had a clear look at the region in speaking.

I still cannot directly relate your description of the growth to any specific condition and really wish you would write to me at the earliest using our premium service, wherein you can attach images (clear images to be taken please) of the affected region to our discussion for my examination.

In the meantime, I do strongly suspect an STD as your symptoms also match the presentation. Although I cannot and rightfully should not comment on the possibilities until a physical examination. If at all you are more comfortable visiting a doctor and getting physically examined, there would be nothing like it. Wear lose and clean inner wear, and report for a urine analysis or a vaginal swab test at the earliest.

Best wishes.
