General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Cor3(Folic acid) and Strone(Progesterone) will not cause bleeding. She can safely continue to take these medications. In fact, both these medications ensure a healthy pregnancy.
Bleeding in the first trimester is common and can occur without any underlying issues. However, it is important to rule out miscarriage for which a pelvic USG and blood HCG testing is recommended.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
