What Causes Vaginal Bleeding Post Intercourse?

My boyfriend and I have had sex multiple times throughout this week with condoms every time. I am on birth control pills as well. After we had sex last night, I woke up with no bleeding and after being up for 4 hours, I starting bleeding a little bit. Could I be pregnant? Or what does this mean? Also, two days ago we had sex and I got really bad cramps during.

Hello
this could be a sign of STI /UTI hormonal imbalances endometriosis or near menopause

Diagnosis can be confirmed by clinical examination and a battery of tests like blood for hemoglobin CBC liver function test thyroid test blood sugar and urine culture and sensitivity test or an ultrasound scan
Depending upon the clinical findings and lab reports you may require a course of antibiotics

have plenty of fluids
maintain good hygiene
hot water bath
