What Causes Vaginal Bleeding Post Intercourse?

I m 61 years old and haven t had lots of sex in the past 6 years. I have started having sex about two times a month for the past 5 months. During sex I started to bleed but not. Bright red but a lot. It was all over and I did bleed smaller amounts which was only when I went to the bathroom. I use a very good silicone gel when I do have sex. I had my uterus removed at age 23. No that I m post for many years and I have had painful sex for the last 10 years. I have my overies and I have lost down to 100 pounds in the past few months and was 115. My weight loss was due to a divorce a year ago and hard work. Could I have cancer?

Age, weight loss, , bleeding, pain indicate to cancer. However details provided by you is not sufficient. If I were your treating doctor I would have asked
Earlier documents of hysterectomy
Reasons behind removal of uterus
Pap smear reports (if done)
Country of origin

You need to visit a gynaecologist urgently to under go examination and test like smear from vagina, biopsy, ultrasound of abdomen. Based on this your doctor will decide about the treatment required.
