What Causes Vaginal Bleeding In Pregnancy After Sonogram?

My last period was oct21 ,I took a pregnancy test on nov19 and it was positive , i had a sonogram on the nov30 and the doc said she couldn tsee much that iit might be to early Istarted bleeding that same do ,they did a beta test and it was only 60 ,I took another beta test today dec2 and it was only 70 he checked My cervix and it wasn t dilated but Ihave cramps and still bleeding he said he thinks iI mhaving a miscarriage,I m confused ,help,what do I do next

A sonogram is a harmless imaging technique to the developing foetus. Vaginal bleeding during early pregnancy could mean that you are prone to having miscarriage or miscarriage is taking place, as you have cramping along with bleeding.
Miscarriage is common in females in which low HCG levels are there. This might be the reason of this problem not the sonogram.
You are advised to undergo again sonogram, to confirm the miscarriage. If miscarriage hasn't taken place , hormones can be given to prevent miscarriage.
