General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Bleeding Everytime after sex is normal. If your hymen is so intact then bleeding is normal in initial sexual intercourse. If you are going into intercourse with out proper lubrication also bleeding is possible. But if you have bleeding every time while having intercourse it should be checked. A pelvic examination should be done to rule out any growth in vagina. A swab test should be done to rule out any possibility of infections also.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nishad B. N., General & Family Physician
