What Causes Vaginal Bleeding During Urination?

I have been bleeding every day since 26th March - little amounts but increases when I pee or poo. I am on tamoxifen having had breast cancer in 2010. I am not yet menopausal and apart from heavy periods since being on tamoxifen, I have had no problems before 26th March. Is this likely to be endometrial cancer?

Hi,

Sorry to hear of your disease. No all PV bleed does not mean endometrial carcinoma. There are many other causes like even an infection. However any one who is on Tamoxifen and have PV bleed must urgently report to the doctor for evaluation of the same as there is increased chances of malignancy with this but still it does not mean that every bleed is malignancy.
