What Causes Vaginal Bleeding During Urination?

I am a 64 year old female and I just had some vaginal bleeding when using the restroom. this happened one time 5 years ago and I mentioned it to my dr. During my annual physical. I was diagnosed with a baseball size cancerous tumor on my bladder. I just had my checkup with the urologist and her said everything was clear . This was end of April. What could be going on now?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* The previous history of bladder tumor with a current history of vaginal bleed during urination sound pretty of tumor recurrence in the urinary bladder and less likely cervical pathology.

Kindly get urine microscopy which will reveal the amount of underlying red blood cells present in the sample and let your doc decide whether there is need of diagnostic Cystoscopy is there or not.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
