What Causes Vaginal Bleeding During Pregnancy?

I am 8 weeks pregnant. Gestational age of my baby is 6 weeks. I started bleeding day before yesterday. doctor advised me to take pause 500tab. bleeding stopped the same night. next day I had mild periods like cramping at night for 10 min and I woke up with strange reddish brown discharge. What could be the reason for such discharge?

action taken and treatment recomanded is correct take rest and check for mmr vaccination. such discharge does not carry any meaning can get checked by gynechologist for checkup and advise on treatment you are having anxiety neurosis control your anxiety.
