What Causes Vaginal Bleeding During Pregnancy?
hi...i missed my periods this month..its 15 days late. but yesterday in morning there was little bleeding started but not properly as usual. today i have checked nd the pregnancy test is positive...but still there is some bleeding. please tell me what should i do.

Any bleeding during pregnancy is to be considered as sign of risk to the pregnancy unless and until proved otherwise.
Since your pregnancy test is positive, there are chances that the pregnancy is still viable. Please get ultrasonography done to confirm the viability of the baby. It takes about a week or more for the pregnancy test to show negative results after the baby has become nonviable.
If the ultrasonography shows that the baby is normal and still viable, please take bed rest and consult your obstetrician. You may be put on some Progestational preparation like Susten or so. These types of medicines help to stabilize the pregnancy in earlier weeks.
Please report to your Obstetrician ASAP.
