General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* The Postinor 2 changes the uterine epithelium to estrogen phase with secretory changes inducing the bleeding.
* The narrated changes are meant for the drug effect only and there is nothing to worry for the same, you have to wait till next cycle to get normal menses.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
