General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Suggestive of its side effect. Although not a common side effect, the hormones in positnor-2 can cause some women to bleed at unexpected times. It usually ends within three days. If the bleeding that lasts longer than three days or that becomes heavier you should consult a gynecologist for further evaluation and treatment which may involve the use of tranexamic acid tablets.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali, General & Family Physician
