What Causes Vaginal Bleeding After Having Sex?

Hello Sir,
Me and gf had sex on 25th oct and her period got over on 24th oct.It was a unprotected sex so I gave her unwanted 72 within one hour.from next day she starts bleeding and bleeding continued to 12 days. Now she had missed her periods and having the signs of pregnancy.

No method of contraception is hundred per cent promising and if intercourse being done at the time of ovulation period, least concern what method was used, and missed the expected date of menses then this need to be tested for pregnancy and the best test is ultrasonography test, hope this information helps, take care.
