What Causes Vaginal Bleeding After Consuming Alcohol?

I have had the implant in for almost a year...about 2 months ago I had my first period since the implant and it lasted about 3 weeks. I have blood on the toilet paper most days but not to a point where I need sanitary products.recenlty I ve also have fresh blood when I go to the toilet after I drink alcohol. What may be causing this??
