What Causes Upper Abdominal Pain, Bloating And Constipation?

hi ... I m currently having pain in the upper part of my abdominal .. it feels like bloating, constipation and cramps ... also kind of feels like i m full of gas .. I took an antiacid .. this is the second time it happens in less than a month .. first time was on the 15th of this month ... i m starting to feel the bloating/pain going away right now .. what could this be?

Hi welcome to the health care magic

Following can be the cause for your excess bloating...
-stress
-Excess fatty meals
-eating too fast
-functional bowel problem
-lactose intolerance
-organic underlying cause

Pantoprazole tablet course can be prescribed for two week here

Eat more fruits and avoid smoking

Regular exercise done

Avoid gas forming foods like cabbage, Cauliflower, turnip, onion etc...

If no improvement noted than USG done for further work up

Take care

Consult physician for examination
