What Causes Upper Abdominal Pain And Nausea?

About 2 months ago I developed upper right abdominal pain with nausea and increased pain after eating, gas and greasy bowl movements 4-5 a day, ultra sound shows fatty liver even though I don t have any of the listed causes and a gallbladder polyp in my liver. This seemed to come on suddenly after I had the flu and I love in Florida where it is hard to find a good doctor. I saw a Arnp who just wanted to sell me a colonoscopy without even discussing the problems.

In my opinion, the given symptoms, like right-sided upper abdominal pain and nausea could be due to dyspepsia and it should be associated with hyperacidity. If I would be doctor of this case, then I would try to treat this case with Tab. Omeprazole and Tab. Domperidone. Also, try to stay away from stress and avoid taking heavy meal, spicy food, coffee and alcohol prior to bed.
