I was given 3) 500 mg tablets of Levofloxacin on February 10th. I took the 3 pills finishing up on the 13th. For the past four or five days I ve had horrible upper stomach pain. On Wednesday I had severe abdominal cramping resulting in Diarrhea, Thursday I seemed OK except for the upper stomach pain, Friday I had some abdominal cramping and a bout of diarrhea again. I took a Milk Thistle Pill that seemed to help the stomach, the pain came back a few hours later so I took another. It s been about 4 or 5 hours since the last milk thistle pill and my stomach is really hurting again. Nothing seems to help. I ve taken probiotics, papaya, ginger, DGL [licorice], tea, chicken broth but the pain comes back. I had my gallbladder removed June 2015. What is going wrong and what should I do?
