What Causes Unusual Pink Tissue Discharge Along In Vagina?

Hi! I m married, 30 yrs old and I had my tubes tied in August 2013 after having our second baby girl via ceserean. My cycles have always been normal but I noticed late January, early February of this year that when I wipe, there s a little pink on the tissue with no odor, no pain or discomfort. I wear liners daily just to be safe from accidents, never have to use a pad until my cycle actually comes on. Well, last month, I had my cycle twice! I have been a little nauseated at times and have hot flashes (not all at once). Any idea what can be going on?

OBGYN 's  Response
Hello,

The mild spotting can be due to a vaginal infection or a hormonal imbalance causing the irregular bleeding. Oral pills can help in regulating the bleeding.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Rakhi Tayal, OBGYN
